The stay was part of a conference, and it turned out quite nice. One of the standout features was the corner Executive Room on the 5th floor, offering a fantastic view of the Greek-Roman Theater and the St Achilles Greek Orthodox Basilica. I also appreciated the big desk setup that made working easier. The breakfast was a real treat with plenty of options to start the day right.

Like, the vibe here was super cozy and the staff was totally on it! I loved hanging at the spa, and my bed was comfy, but ugh, the breakfast was kinda meh and felt, like, boring. Those blankets? Way too small! I was freezing, so not cool!

The hotel is right in the middle of the city within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked fine and the buffet breakfast was very good. Staff spoke English well and cheerfully answered our questions about the city. I was happy with the wired internet connection in the room. The connection was fast enough to download movie rentals from the iTunes store. No parking offered by the hotel but a public parking lot is within 150 yards of the hotel.
Parking costed an additional 15 euros a day.

The staff was friendly and polite.
It was too expensive. Would only stay there again if there was a less expensive rate available.

You've got to try the local eats! Akamatra nearby had the freshest Mediterranean dishes, and I loved the comforting vibes of Mama & Papa just a hop away. Plus, the location in Larissa is a total win! The staff were pretty helpful.
The Executive Room felt a bit tired. The furniture was dated, and I expected more from a 5-star spot. The bed was tight for two, and we were bummed to find the sauna out of order. Still, it's not all doom and gloom. The charm of Larissa shines through!

Had executive room with huge balconies overlooking at the open theatre, a huge balkony plus strong AC. Local food, marvellous and fantastic location in the center of the town.
Beds were not so comfortable.

What an excellent location in the centre! The breakfast was extensive, the room was tidy and new-fashioned.

The breakfast spread featured plenty of choices for a substantial morning meal, and the overall cleanliness of the place stood out. The lobby looked modern.
The mattress felt hard and uncomfortable, leaving much to be desired for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was cramped and poorly lit, with an unpleasant odor coming from the drain. Walls were thin, giving way to noise from neighboring rooms and the hall, detracting from the overall experience. While the balconies were a welcome feature, theirs lacked furniture was good.

The check in was at 1530 and we waited for more than an hour for the second room.I also had a problem with the agreed upon rate which for 24 hours was inceased by 100 euros and I had to make several calls to correct the mistakeIIt was a wrong charge by the hotel.

Here's the good and the not-so-good
Stellar location with walkable access to shops and cafes. The staff was friendly and always willing to help.
The breakfast experience was subpar with cold items, and the blankets were too small for comfortable sleeping.

Our Room was spatious and with a nice view over the city.
Room Service way too expensive for the quality of coffee/beverages. No Wi-Fi /No Internet for free, 24h cost 5 Euro - is nowadays not standard for such a hotel. Breakfast is ok but not everything is fresh everyday -from 7:30 to 10:00- Unfortunatelly the breakfast staff was not polite - five minutes after ten, the staff tried twice to get our plates without permission and although it was obvious that we werent done. There are other ways to ask someoe to leave. One pair of pijamas were taken and noone could find them for one night, there was no real apology from the management for that. They found them the next day in the laundry and returned them after washing and ironing them.
